𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬 & 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐎𝐓𝐇 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰:
𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
- Please meet on horseback in the 1st outdoor arena at 𝟴:𝟰𝟱𝗮𝗺 (the arena closest to the house/sheds) this is where we will have a 15min discussion with all three clinicians.
- Each clinicians will have designated numbers. So After the discussion, all riders will then follow their first clinician to their riding area.
- Every 1hr&5min each group will rotate to a different clinician. There will be a short 10minute break between each group to allow for the rotation.
- Morning session will finish at 12:35pm
• 45 minutes lunch break for the clinicians. •
𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀

Participants are not required to be there all day, only for their required morning or afternoon group. But you are most welcome to be there all day as there is always something to learn by watching.

Kirkcaldy Park is located at 97 Razorback Rd, Meadows SA 5201. There will be an automatic gate at arrival, if the gates are closed, there is a gate code that needs to be entered. Please message myself or another member of SARHA for gate code if the gate is shut. Please see map of parking, camping/yards, toilets and arenas. Campers, floats and goosenecks, Please follow the driveway past the horse yards. And you are most welcome to camp anywhere near the barn and hay/tractor/float shed just avoid near the house where the owner live. No parking next to the arenas please leave that area clear. Do not park/camp in the parking bay in between the horse yards and the old house, that area is for only car parking. Power is located on the barn and the hay/tractor/float shed, make sure to bring a long extension cord or two. Power is free of charge. May also be handy to bring a double adapter too. Riding horses, do not ride horses on the lawn area near the old house and shed. Please BYO Lunch etc however there will be drinks supplied at a small fee. There will be plenty of time for participates to get lunch. Either before or after you ride for the day. Toilets and Shower are located in the old House closest to the arena. Enter via the blue/green door. Dogs are allowed at Kirkcaldy Park venue but must be on leash at ALL times. It is the owners responsibility to ensure safety and wellbeing of the dog at all times. Can all participants and spectators please be respectful of the grounds and facilities. Please also clean up after yourself and your horses in all areas. It is the participants responsibility to ensure upon vacating their yard that it is in a clean condition. The horse manure pile is located under the pine tree on the driveway side across from the horse yards.
